INDICATIONS
- Upper respiratory tract infections: bacterial pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis and otitis media.
- Lower respiratory tract infections: community-acquired pneumonia, bronchitis and acute exacerbations of COPD.
- Urinary tract infections: including cystitis and acute pyelonephritis.
- Uncomplicated gonorrhoea.
- Bacterial gastroenteritis: caused by susceptible Salmonella, Shigella and E. coli.
